COMPOSITION

TOP4U MIST is made up of lactobacilli, mineral salts (sodium, chlorides, phosphates, potassium, and calcium) and a mixture of carbohydrates that are rapidly absorbed (such as glucose and fructose, which provide an immediate rush of energy) and slowly released (maltodextrin, which supplies energy in the long term).

RECOMMENDED USE

Dissolve the content of both sachets (A+B) in 500mL of water. Shake before drinking. You can take it before, during and/or after exercising. The dosage depends on the athlete, but the intake is restricted to 4 times a day.

STORAGE

Store it in a cool and dry place, far from light and heat sources. TOP4U MIST contains live bacteria that are sensitive to heat. Thus, we recommend keeping the product away from sources of heat and changes in temperature, as well as from the light. The best-before date is applicable to unopened products that have been correctly stored.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF TOP4U MIST?

Lactobacillus rhamnosus strengthens gut microbiota and improves rehydration, electrolyte replacement and the absorption of carbohydrates. These electrolytes and minerals help with rehydration since they enhance the glucose transport to muscle cells. In addition, it expertly combines carbohydrates that are rapidly absorbed (such as glucose and fructose, which provide an immediate rush of energy) with some that are slowly released (maltodextrin, which supplies energy in the long term).

TOP4U MIST is available in dual format (two A + B-type sachets per dose). Each sachet has a different composition, meaning both need to be dissolved in 500 mL of water at the same time.
